Sunraycer to install 503 MWh of energy storage in Texas

Clear power venture developer Sunraycer has signed a provide and repair settlement for 2 standalone battery power storage initiatives totaling 503 MWh in Franklin County, Texas.

The initiatives, collectively generally known as the Lupinus initiatives, will use BESS from Canadian Photo voltaic enterprise e-STORAGE. Lupinus 1, a 202-MWh facility, will start building in Q1 2027 and attain business operation in Q3 2027. Lupinus 2, a 301-MWh facility, will start building in Q3 2026 and obtain business operation in Q2 2027.

e-STORAGE will ship its SolBank 3.0 BESS and supply 10 years of long-term companies, supporting system reliability, efficiency optimization and availability all through the venture lifecycle.
