OCI Energy, Arava Power form joint venture to develop 260-MW solar project

OCI Power and Arava Energy have entered into their second settlement — forming a three way partnership to develop Mission SunRoper, a 260-MWAC photo voltaic farm in Wharton County, Texas.

Positioned roughly 60 miles southwest of downtown Houston, the mission will present crucial clear power capability to one of many highest electrical energy demand areas in Texas and the USA. Mission SunRoper is slated to start building in 2025.
